Whether you're new to the sport, looking to polish your stickwork, enhance your agility, or deepen your understanding of the game, our Fall Ball program for girls lacrosse offers the perfect blend of training and development to help you reach your full potential on the field. Over the course of the seven weeks, we'll focus on building and refining techniques, game sense, and boosting overall fitness through targeted drills and conditioning.
All players should wear cleats, dress for the weather (rain or shine) and bring the following to each session a Water bottle, Eye Gear, Stick, Mouthguard
For new players, we have sticks and eye wear we can lend until you purchase your own items.

In conjunction with USA Lacrosse National Celebrate Lacrosse Week, Northshore Girls Lacrosse will be hosting a Try Lacrosse Event. We will have equipment available and will have knowledgeable coaches out to provide instruction to teach your player the fundamentals and show them how fun lacrosse is! It will be during our last day of Fall
In conjunction with USA Lacrosse National Celebrate Lacrosse Week, Northshore Girls Lacrosse will be hosting a Try Lacrosse Event. We will have equipment available and will have knowledgeable coaches out to provide instruction to teach your player the fundamentals and show them how fun lacrosse is! It will be during our last day of Fall Ball and will combine with some fun group games and prizes at the end to celebrate the sport of Lacrosse!

Cost: Free!
